I’m from Lancaster which is in the Northwest of England. I have been in Poland since August 2013 and spent six years teaching and living in Rybnik before making the move to be a manager in Żory. I love working with children, there really is no age limit to learning English!
I’ve always been interested in languages and studied a degree in History and French at the University of Liverpool with one year spent in the Université d’Aix-Marseille in Aix-en-Provence. Learning a language at the university level certainly helps when it comes to teaching and I believe my biggest strength is recognizing why students make mistakes and helping them not make them again.
